Omo, is these really the Anitahosting I’ve been hearing about. First time working with you guys and all these things is happening, for 3 days now my clients paid for what i offer and i haven’t rendered my service to them just because of your hosting, my website not working. Now they think i blocked them , I have even recommend you guys to 2 of my friends before these happened. These is really bad to your clients sir/ma’am. I don’t think your hosting is reliable for a good business website. It can be used local sites and not a good legitimate business that aims for growth and development. I don’t mean to abuse anything, I just said my mind because these is my first time working with you and I’m been served like these. Now I lost many clients 🥺😒🥺
I think to fix this sort of issue, you guys will have to update and move our domains to cloudflare yourself and disable access to view the DNS from the dashboard.
If you can do this then our DNS wouldn’t be exposed anymore, asking the clients to move the domains will have the idiot causing us all this trouble to see it again.

All these messages and negative comments won’t solve the problem. The team is already working hard to get the server back up and running. Honestly, 90% of the issue is caused by us — the kind of websites we host and the services we expect. I have a reseller account with Anitahost, and I can tell you from experience that most of us don’t really understand how all this works, yet we claim to be developers. Let’s be honest: how many of us are ready to pay for bulletproof hosting? Instead of pointing fingers, let’s be patient and focus on solutions.

How can we move to cloudflare when the site is locked, it takes just a few minutes to move a domain to cloudflare, please open the site and unsuspend the cpanels.
